阜新市为东北老工业基地,矿产资源丰富,主要以煤炭为主。随着煤炭生产进入衰退期,部分煤矿因资源枯竭而关闭破产,呈现出"矿竭城衰"的迹象。2001年12月,阜新被国务院确定为全国资源枯竭型城市经济转型试点市。合理开发利用煤炭资源和可再生资源,积极发展风电等新能源的开发利用。阜新一期风电场处于东北电网的末端,毗邻区域经济和负荷中心沈阳市,其富余电力的外送为周边地区的发展提供了有力的能源保障,因此,因地制宜地开发利用风资源,对加强该地区的电力供应,补充其不断增大的负荷用电需求,促进经济和环保产业的发展具有较好的作用。本文分析了如何利用架空线路将风电场内风机分组,如何根据分组确定导线截面,如何根据气象、潮位与地质条件确定杆塔与基础形式。

Fuxin City is a northeast old industrial base,which is rich in mineral resources and mainly coal-based. With coal production into recession,part of the mine closure and bankruptcy due to resource depletion,showing a'mine dried City Bad'signs.December 2001,Fuxin is confirmed as a national resource-exhausted economies of cities City by the State Department.Rational development and utilization of coal resources and renewable resources,actively developing new energy sources such as wind power development and utilization.Fuxin Wind Farm 1 is at the end of the Northeast Power Grid,adjacent to Shenyang which is the regional economic and load center,the surplus of electricity for delivery to the development of the surrounding area provide an effective energy security,accordingly,development and utilization of wind resources in line with local conditions has a good effect on strengthening the region's electricity supply,complementing its growing load demand for electricity,and promoting economic development and environmental protection industry.This paper analyzes how to use overhead electric lines to group wind power turbine generators,how to select the cable section according to the capability,and how to select the form of tower and foundation according to the weather,tide and the geological conditions.
