Advance of SSR Molecular Marker in Maize Breeding

简要介绍了SSR分子标记的原理及特点,综述了近年来SSR分子标记在玉米遗传多样性分析、杂种优势群的划分、品种纯度及真伪鉴定、遗传连锁图谱的构建及基因定位、单倍体育种、分子标记辅助选择育种中的研究进展及应用前景,以期为SSR分子标记技术在作物育种中的应用提供参考。

The principle and characteristics of SSR molecular marker were simply introduced, the research advances and application prospect of SSR molecular marker in maize breeding were summarized in past years,such as the analysis of genetic diversity, division of heterosis groups,the detection of the hybred purity and its authenticity, construction of genetic spectrum and gene locating, haploid breeding and selection breeding assisted by molecular markers,in order to provide reference for the application of SSR molecular markers in crop breeding.
