PEG引发对老化小麦种子发芽及生理生化特性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以小麦品种中麦996为材料,采用人工加速老化(58+1)℃水浴处理的方法获得老化小麦种子,研究了PEG引发对小麦发芽及生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,老化处理6 min的小麦种子,25%PEG和10%PEG处理时,可分别获得最大的发芽势和发芽率;电导率则在25%PEG处理时最小;地上生物量随着PEG浓度的增加而依次递增;MDA含量则在20%PEG处理时最低,POD活性变化规律并不明显。上述结果说明,PEG引发对提高老化小麦种子发芽有一定的促进作用,也为小麦生产中陈旧种子使用提供了技术参考。 The method of artificial accelerated aging process, (58 +1 )℃ heating in water bath,was used to obtain aged wheat seeds and subsequently study the effect of PEG priming on germination and physiological and biochemical characters of Zhongmai 996.The results indicated that the wheat seeds after six minutes aged treatment had the maximum germination potential and germination rate respectively in 25% and 10% PEG.The electric conductivity of seedlings was lowest at 25% concentration of PEG.The aboveground biomass increased with the concentration of PEG sequentially.MDA content was lowest in 20% PEG,while POD activity changed not significantly.Our results certified that PEG priming somewhat facilitated germination of wheat seeds and could supply technological direction for the practical application of aged wheat seeds.
