Research Progress on Tissue Culture of Radix Astragali

黄芪具有很高的经济价值和药用价值,黄芪组织培养在理论和实践中都具有非常重要的意义。主要对近几年来黄芪组织培养的研究进行了综述,一方面阐述了黄芪组培过程中不同部位的外植体选取、培养条件、培养基种类、激素种类对组织培养结果的影响,另一方面阐述了黄芪生根培养、组培苗移栽的影响因素,并对目前存在的问题及未来的发展前景加以探讨,以期为黄芪组织培养的研究提供参考。

Radix Astragali has a high economic value and medicinal value.The tissue culture of Radix Astragoli is very important in theory and practice.The advances of Radix A s tragali tissue culture was summarized.On the one hand, the types of explant, culture condition and basic medium and the effect of hormone on tissue culture were discussed,on the other hand,the influence factors of root culture and transplanting of tissue culture seedlings were discussed.ln order to provide some references for the research of tissue culture of Radix A stragali, the existing problems and the future development prospects were discussed.
