摘要
针对传统分子生物学理论课教学和实验教学方法的弊端,初步探索了将教师科研与教学相结合,改革培养模式及考核方式以提高分子生物学教学效果,培养学生创新意识和综合能力的具体措施,分析了教研一体化模式的应用对大学生、高校教师以及高等院校发展的优势。
Based on the shortcomings of traditional molecular biology theoretical and experimental teaching method, this paper preliminarily explored the specific measures of increasing the molecular biology teaching effectiveness,cultivating students＇ awareness of innovation and their comprehensive ability by integrating teaching and research,reforming the training model and assessment methods.Then,this paper analyzed the advantages of application of combination of scientific research and teaching for university students, teachers and the development of universities.
