摘要
采用阳离子探针聚乙烯亚胺标记、电镜、图像分析仪定量技术研究糖尿病患者红细胞表面阴离子位点的改变,同时还用生化方法测定红细胞膜唾液酸含量。电镜下,正常红细胞表面阴离子位点呈颗粒状、线状排列于红细胞表面;红细胞膜唾液酸含量与红细胞膜阴离子位点间存在有意义的正相关。对聚乙烯亚胺标记糖尿病患者红细胞阴离子位点减少的意义进行了讨论。
The altertion of anionic sites on erythrocyte surface in the diabetes were investigated by us- ing a cationic probe-polyethyleneimine(PEI),including electron microscopy and image analysis. At the same time,the sialic acid content of erythrocyte membrane was evaluated by using the bio- chemical method.Results of electron microscope showed that the anionic sites of normal erythro- cyte surface were granular shape,some dispersed on the cell,some of which aggregated in lines a- long the membrane of erythrocyte.The number of PEI particles were reduced in patients of dia- betes mullitus,especially in type Ⅰ.The sialic acid content of erythrocyte membrane in these pa- tients presented significant reduction statistically.Results of linear correlation showed positive re- lationship between the sialic acid content and the density of anionic sites.
