摘要
我院近20年来收治16例膈疝,其中以创伤性膈疝发病最高,最严重,合并伤较多,最常见的合并伤是胃肠道绞窄,破裂坏死,肺裂伤。本病易误诊,延误手术,死亡率高,值得引起注意。
Sixteen Cases of diaphragmatic hernia were received and treated in the hospital during the past 20 years,of which those of traumatic diaphragmatocele were of the highest morbidity and the greatest severity with such combined trauma as strangulation of gastrointestinal tract,ruptured necrosis and pulmonary laceraticn.The disease is subject to misdiagnosis,which may delay opera- tion and result in high mortality.
