米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕788例效果分析

Effect of Early Pregnancy Terminated by Mifeprestone Combined with Prostaglandin——Analysis of 788 Cases

用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇,对788例早孕妇女终止妊娠的用药单位进行逐项调查,结果表明:完全流产率91.37%,不全流产率7.87%,失败率0.76%。在完全流产病例中阴道流血量有65%的患者≤月经量,仅35%的患者>月经量。服药后的主要副反应是乏力、恶心、头晕等早孕症状及轻度腹痛、腹泻,但持续时间不长,不需处理自然消失。我们认为米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕是一种安全有效,副作用小的方法,适合于不同年龄,不同孕产次的育龄妇女使用。

788 cases of early pregnancy were terminated by mifeprestone combined with prostaglandin. The results showed that the rate of complete abortion was 91.37%,the rate of incomplete abor- tion 7.87%;rate of failure 0.76%.Among the cases of complete abortion,the volume of col- porrhagia in 65% was less than or equal to that of menstrual blood,and only 35% of them more than of menstrual blood.During process of treatment the side-effects such as nausea,vomiting and listlessness might occur,which is similar to the symptoms of early pregnancy.Some of the eases may accompany slight diarrhea and abdominal pain.All the symtoms and signs can disappear nat- urally.Hereby,it is concluded that the drugs applied are safer and with less side effects,and is suitable for all women of childbearing age.
