支气管扩张误诊为肺结核54例分析

Analysis on 54 cases of Bronchiectasis Misdiagnosed as Tuberculosis

支气管扩张为肺科常见多发病,有时长时间误诊为肺结核而贻误治疗,影响预后。通过对临床表现、病程,以及 X 线表现特征进行分析,作出正确诊断。本文总结并提出支气管造影对诊断支气管扩张具有重要意义。本文报道我院1987年～1993年支气管扩张误诊为肺结核54例,就其误诊原因进行讨论。

As a common disease,bronchiectasis could be misdiagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis and furtherly miss a proper treatment.54 cases of bronchiectasis which had been misdiagnosed as pul- monary tuberculosis from 1987 to 1993 were reported in this paper.An comprehensive analysis was made through clinical manifestation and detection.The results suggest that bronchography is a very important method in the diagnosis of bronchiectasis.
