摘要
本文报告经内镜诊断上消化道粘膜下肿瘤48例，其中经内镜活检证实23例，手术证实25例。结果显示，上消化道粘膜下肿瘤的形态，良性偏小，恶性偏大，好发部位以胃底及胃体为主。说明内镜下认清本病的特征，是本病重要的诊断手段之一。
Foty-eight endoseopies were performed on patients with submucous neoplasm of upper digestive tvact. Out of them, twenty -three were confirmed by cndoscopic biopsp and twenty five. were confirmed by operation. The results showed that the size of the benign neoplasms were smaller than that of malignant ones and the predilection size were fundus and body of somach.
