摘要
应用Co2激光聚焦气化打孔法，用挤压器彻底清除痤疮病灶内容物，创面愈合快，能起到引流杀菌作用；配合清热解毒、养颜去斑的中药面膜和石膏倒膜，以及。月又和局部用药联合治疗238例痤疮患者，总有效率这98．31％，同时还起到增白去斑的美容效果。
238 cases with acne were treated with satisfactory result(an effective rate of 98. 31% ). In the treatment,Co2 laser fenetrating and expressing of acne content serving as an effective wsy of draining and geimtcidal resulted in rapid healing. This procedure was followed by applying facial mask made from Chinese medicinal herbs and plaster cast,and peroral medicine.Beaides its treating purpos it also has the cosmeic effect of whitening and getting rid of dark spots.
