Combined Radial Operation of Ethmoid sinus and Maxillary sinus

采用鼻腔上颌窦筛窦联合根治术治疗鼻腔再窦良性肿瘤及复发性鼻息肉，可在切除肿瘤或复发性鼻息肉的同时切除窦腔内的病变组织，改善了窦腔的引流，从而达到根治目的。手术成功的关键在于术者对解剖的熟悉程度和手术切除病灶的彻底性，与传统的鼻外科手术方法比较提高了手术的成功率，降低了手术后的复发率。

The benign tumors and recurrent polyps of nasal sinuses tvere treated by combined radial operation of ethmoid sinus and makilary sinus.The advantagrs of the operation were that the other lesions might be diasected at the same time,that drainage of sinuses be improved and that recurrent rate of postoperation be decreased,respectively.
