摘要
抗HCV为目前诊断丙型肝炎常用的方法,用HCV的非结构基因重组表达的SDS融合旦白(相当于登草热病毒约N4区),可用于检测抗HCV抗体,称为SDN超氧岐化酶/HCV多肽(C100-3),为目前制备检测抗HCV常用的抗原。依此原则,笔者自1992年~1993年检测了526例血清标本,其中肝炎患者377例,献血员129例,吸毒成瘾者20例(均为静脉注射毒品),结合肝功能,ALT、"两对半",抗HAV及抗-HBC-IgM检测进行了分析和讨论。
