摘要
本研究应用ＳＰＡ－胶体金标记采用ＩＧＳＳ检测全身红斑狼疮病人血清中抗ｄｓ－ＤＮＡ抗体。结果表明，该法应用于检测抗ｄｓ－ＤＮＡ抗体具有敏感性高、简便、快速、不需昂贵设施等优点，适合于一般实验室和基层医院开展。本文还讨论了ＩＧＳＳ技术特点及应注意的问题。
In this study, immunogold-silver staining(IGSS) with staphyloccal protein A(SPA)-colloided gold’ probe was applied to determine anti-ds-DNA antibody in systemic lupus eythematosus(SLE). It is suggested that IGSS is more sensitive,simpler,faster and do not need special equipments. It is adaptable for general laboratories and hospitals in the remote areas. This paper also discussed the technical characteristics of IGSS and the problems to be paid attention to .
