摘要
本文应用T淋巴细胞亚群对32例原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患儿外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化进行研究,其结果与对照组比较显示CD8明显降低(P<0.01),CD4/CD8明显升高(P<0.01),而CD3、CD4无显著性差异(P>0.05),推测ITP发病可能是由于T抑制细胞(Ts)降低或功能缺陷,T辅助细胞(TH)功能活跃,使B细胞合成抗血小板抗体增多,导致血小板减少。本结果与近年来国内外有关文献比较有差异,推测其差异产生的原因。
The authors studied the changes of T cell subgroup in children with ITP. The result shows that the percentage of CD8 in the T cells of the ITP patients is higher than that of the control group,while the proprotron of CD4 and CD8 is lower. There are no significant differences on the percentage of CD3 and CD4 in the two groups. It is suggested that the occurrence of ITP is due to decrease or mulfunction of T3 and overaction of TH which cause cell B to form more anti-thrombocyte bodies ,then lead to the decrease of thrombocyte.
