摘要
采用自拟开郁散结汤内服，对５０例乳腺增生症患者进行治疗观察，总有效率９６％。笔者认为：素多肝郁，气滞血瘀，痰瘀互结，上聚乳房是其病理基础。故其治之关键，当以开郁祛痰，化瘀散结为宜。
patients with mazoplasia were treated by Kaiyusangjie soup. The result shows that the recovering rate is 96%. In the author’s opinion, the pathological causes of mazoplasia are liver depression, Qi depression to blood stasis and phlegm stasis. Therefore, the key of the treatment is awaking depressinon, dissolving phlegm, melting stasis and dispersing knot.
