摘要
美洲大蠊是生产康复新、心脉龙、肝龙等系列新药的重要原料，即将载入《药品标准》。因其富含氨基酸，蛋白质，糖类等多种营养成份，极易引起微生物繁殖和虫蛀。本研究用１％三氯叔丁醇为防腐防虫剂，可将其保存期由２个月延长至１年；用９５％乙醇浸泡，可将保存期延长至２年以上。为美洲大蠊的储藏和隐定性提供有价值的参考。
perplaneta is an important crude material of a series of new drugs such as Kangfuxing, Xingmailong, Ganglong, which will be documented in the Standard of Drug. Because of its richness in many nutritional components such as amino acids, proteins, sugar etc. microorganism reproduction and moth-eatins occur easily in it. In this study 1% CL3CC(CH3)2OH as a antiseptic may prolong preservative time of perlaneta from two months to one year and soaking porlaneta in 95% alcohol may prolong the time for more than two years. It is of great value in the conservation and maitaining the stability of perlaneta.
