WCG无血培养基在幽门螺旋菌分离培养中的初步应用

摘要 用WCG无血培养基与skirrow(以下简称SK)培养基,同时进行已知幽门螺旋菌(Hp)的培养及胃活检标本中Hp的分离试验。结果表明:32株已知菌在WCG培养基上生长的菌落比SK上生长的丰茂,特点明显,菌体形态及生化反应和耐受试验一致。65份胃活检标本用WCG分离阳性者41例,阳性率为63.1%,用SK分离阳性者39例,阳性率60.0%,分离阳性率WCG与SK无明显差异(X2=0.13,P>0.05)。实验证明WCG无血培养基可代替含血培养基用于Hp分离培养。 Culture of given helicobacteria of pylorus(HP)and isolation test of HP samples of biopsy were conducted both in culture medium of non-blood WCG and blood skirrow(SK). The results show that 32 strain of given HP colony produced in WCG were abundant and more distinguished than those in SK,and the somatic morphosis,biochemieal reaction and tolerant test were consistent,Of the 65 samples of gastric biopsy, 41 were isolated in WCG (63.1%),and 39 cases isolated in SK(60.0%),There was no significant difference (X2=0.13 ,P>0.05) between the two groups on positive rate. This study demonstrates that blood culture may be replaced by non-bloodculture.
