Cardiac pressure,especially left atrial pressure and mitral gradient is an important index to judex to judge the therapeutic effectiveness of percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty (PBMV). Since the position of the catheter may be determined by pressure curves of each cardiac chamber, the application of X-Ray in operation will be reduced.
