摘要
自１９８４年首例气囊导管扩张二尖瓣狭窄取得成功以来，随着气囊及导管的不断改进，房间隔穿刺技术水平的提高，目前二尖瓣球囊扩张成形术已逐步在高、中级医院推广。本文从二尖瓣球囊扩张成形术的适应症及禁忌症、房间隔穿刺、成功率与疗效、并发症及处理等方面进行了综述，显示二尖瓣球囊扩张成形术是一种疗效高、较安全、创伤及痛苦小、康复快的非外科手术疗法。
Since the first balloon mitral valvuloplasty was performed successfully in 1984, it has been used for treating mitral stenosis in many hospitals with balloon,catheter and atrial septal puncture techniques improved.This article reviewed the indication contraindication curative effect, complication and its treatment of balloon mitral valvuloplasty.It is a safer and more effective nonsurgical treatment.
