治疗泌尿系结石32例临床分析

Treatment of Urinary Systemic Lithiasis ──Clinical analysis of 32 cases

通过泌尿系结石３２例的临床分析，对输尿管、膀胱结石，横径在０．７ｃｍ以下的结石，用清热利湿，活血化瘀，理气通淋的方药治疗，取得较好的疗效，排石总有效率达８７．５％。并有较好的止痛消炎作用，对体质虚弱，年龄较大的患者，治疗无副作用，深受年老体弱及不愿手术者的欢迎，不失为一种可供选择的治疗方法。

Thirty-two patients with ureteral and urocystis lithiasis, stone diameter less than 0. 7cm,were treated in accordance with the traditional Chinese prescriptions of cleating heat and eliminating dampness, promoting the flow of qi and treating strangury, the total effective rate of calculus removal being 87. 5 %. The therapy also has better effect of assuaging pain and relieving inflammation.The authors suggest that the therapy be used for debilitated and aged patients for having no side-effects and for the patients who are reluctant to accept surgicaI treatment.
