摘要
抗肿瘤新药表阿霉素（ＥＰＩ）通过葡聚糖Ｔ１０与抗人Ｂ淋巴细胞白血病单抗（Ｂ１５９）连接制备免疫结合物。该结合物保持了原有的抗体活性，在体外对人Ｂ淋巴母细胞Ｒａｊｉ显示出特异的杀伤作用，并具有良好的稳定性。
The antiumor drug Epirubicin(EPI) was conjugated with the anti-human B lymphocytic leukemia monoclonal antibody(B159) via dextran T10. The conjugate retained full antibody binding activity as determined by the living cell fluoroimmunoassay, and exhibited highly selective cytotoxicity on human B lymphoblast Raji in vitro. No free EPI released from the conjugate was detected after it was stored at 4℃ for 120 days as measured by chromatography on a Sephadex G150 column.
