摘要
本文对３０例（６０耳）正常听力的学龄前儿童及３０例（６０耳）成人进行声阻抗检查，以统计学龄前儿童声阻抗的各项测试值，并将其与成人进行比较、分析。结果两年龄组的外耳道容积，静态声顺值，声反射阈值，鼓室曲线宽度等几项测试值，经统计学处理，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），咽鼓管功能及中耳鼓室压亦有差别，我们认为这与小儿特有的解剖生理特性有关。
cases(60 ears)of normal hearing of preschool children were compared with 30 cases of that of the adults. The statistical analysis showed that the external auditory meatus volume, static hearing and the width of tympan of the two groups were obviously different(P<0.05). It may be due to the anatomical and physiological characteristics of children.
