对两种一次性输液器微粒检测比较

摘要 随机抽取一次性输液器和一次性终端过滤输液器各5套,按临床输液条件及方法,将两种输液器分别插入0.9%氯化钠输液瓶中,取尾液5毫升,用微粒分析仪测定≥10μm和≥25μm不溶性微粒含量,结果有明显差异,微粒数P值<0.01。为临床选用时提供参考。 As the undissolved microbody in the liquid of transfusion causes nosocomial diseases and even death, strict standards for transfusion have been made so as to control its quality and assure safety and effectiveness. The authors compare the effects of the single-use transfusion apparatus for medication with those of the single-use transfusion apparatus with end-filter in accordance with the conditions and methods of clinical transfusion operation sequences and found striking differences between them.
