An Analysis of the Burst Ventricular Tachycardia(VT)

用２４小时动态心电图（ＤＣＧ）检测仪，对８４０例不同病因的病人进行ＤＣＧ监测，结果发现有１９例出现连续３次以上的室性早持（室速），通过对其发生、发展的观察，认为ＤＣＧ记录到的室速，其临床意义取决于心脏本身的疾病。

By means of 24─hours Dynamic Cardioelectrograph(DCG), we surveyed 840 cases with different causes and found that 19 of them occurred ventricular proiosystole more than three times. From the observation of the occurrence and development, it is concluded that the clinical significance of VT recorded by DCG depends on the metamorphosis of the heart itself.
