摘要 C(57)BL/6J小鼠腹腔注射PSP100mg·kg(-1),连续12d,可明显促进小鼠K细胞ADCC活性,PSP组K细胞毒指数(CI)比对照组升高54.7%。在5mg/L~320mg/L浓度范围内,PSP可促进体外培养的C(57)BL/6J小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞ADCC活性,最适浓度为80mg/L其CI值为对照孔的5.14倍。 This paper reports the results of intraperitoneal(IP)100mg/kg of PSP to C57BL/6J mice for 12 days, which showed that PSP could significantly enhance the ADCC activity of K-cell in vivo, and that the cytotoxicity index(CI) of the K-cell of the PSP group increased by 54.7% as compared with the control group.PSP had remarkable effect on the promotion of the ADCC activity of the IP Mφ of the C57BL/6J mice in vitro in the concerntration ranging from 5ug/ml to 320ug/ml,the optimum concerntration of the PSP was 80ug/ml and its CI value was 4.19 times as much as that of the control pore.
