摘要
本文探讨了手术室内防止ＨＢＶ污染及交叉传播的问题。笔者从ＨＢＶ（乙肝病毒）的生物学特性、感染方式及传播途径方面，从术前准备、术中配合、术后处理及污染器械、敷料的隔离消毒等环节讨论了预防ＨＢＶ对手术室污染及发生交叉感染的措施。文中强调建立完善扎实的规章制度，强化参术人员的消毒隔离观念，认真执行各项操作规程，加强手术室管理，是控制ＨＢＶ对手术室的污染，防止其交叉感染的有效措施。
This paper discusses the problems in preventing pollution and cross expansion and the measures to be taken from the points of biological property,ways of infection and expansion, preoperative preparation, intraoperative coordination, postoperative treatment and isolated disinfection of polluted instruments and dressing. The author stresses that it is essential to the perfect rules and regulations, strengthen the disinfection concept among the members of the operation team, strictly carry out various procedures of operation, and improve the management of the operation room so as to control HBV pollution and cross infection in the room.
