摘要
报告经病理证实的神经鞘瘤１５例，术前明确诊断的仅２例，多数为不明确或误诊。分析了不能明确诊断的原因，并提出了手术治疗中必须十分重视神经、血管的保护。
This paper reports 15 cases of neurilemmoma demonstrated by pathological examinations, of which only two of them had been clearly clarified before the operations,while the rest were indefinitely diagnosed or misdiagnosed.The authors analyze the causes of the indefinite diagnoses and suggest that close attention be paid to the protection of the optical nerves and the blood vessels during the operation.
