摘要
本文分析了以肾损害为首发表现的１０例狼疮性肾炎（ＬＮ）患者的临床与病理特点。认为ＬＮ病理类型以Ⅳ型（弥漫增殖型）为最常见，病理改变最严重，易导致肾功能衰竭，当患者无肾外多系统症状时，在有条件的医院应及时行肾穿刺活检确诊。早期诊断，及时合理地治疗，对患者的预后至关重要。在治疗方面用激素联合环磷酰胺（ＣＴＸ）间歇性冲击治疗，可收到较好的疗效。
The clinical and pathological characteristics of 10 cases of lupus nephritis (LN) with nephropathy as their primary manifestation were analysed in this paper,and it was concluded that type IV(diffuse proliferative glomerulonephritis) was the most common pathological type with most severe pathological changes in LN,which could easily lead to kidney failure.Early diagnosis and prompt tratment are very important to patients’ Prognosis. A prompt renipunture for biopsy is essential to diagnosis and intermittent stosstherapy with glucocorticoids and C.T.X.could achieve a better curing effext.
