摘要
采用单侧多功能外固定器加压固定治疗创伤性骨折内固定失败骨不连患者２４例，骨不连时间７～２４个月（平均１５．５个月），全部病例取出内固定物骨折复位后，用单侧多功能外固定器加压固定。经２．５～４个月治疗均获骨性愈合，关节功能改善。实践证明该固定器对骨不连的治疗有较广泛的适应症及良好疗效。
patients with bone fracture were previously treated With internal fixer but failed to respond and were left with bone-detachment for a period between 7 and 24 months (with an average time of 15.5 months). The retreatment with external compression flxer is done after the internal fixer is taken out,After 2.5 to 4 months’ treatment the osseous heal and joins improvement are abtained.
