摘要
云南省玉溪地区６３０８名干部体检切面超声心动图的结果，心内结构正常占总人群７５．３６％，心内结构异常占２４．６４％，其中器质性心脏病占３．１８％，冠心病、高心病发病率高，风心病，肺心病、先心病的发病率低。并通过本次体检确诊了许多无临床症状的心脏疾患，提出超声心动图的大面积普查，对于心脏疾患的确诊及早期病变的发现已成为必不可少的重要有效手段。
The physical check-up of 6308 people in Yuxi Prefecture,Yunnan province,by cross-sectional echocardiography (CSEC) shows that 75.36% cardiac structure are normal, 21.45% are slightly abnormal, and 3.18% have organic heart diseases of which the incidence of coronary heart disease and hypertension heart disease is higher than that of pulmanary heart disease,rheumatic heart disease and congenital heart disease. SEC screening was the effective and necessary method to discover early heart diseases.
