摘要
本文收集我院１９９４年一年间２０２例产后出血病例，分析产后出血原因，提出产后２小时内出血量≥４００ｍｌ可诊断为产后出血。并主张第三产程达１０分钟为处理线，２０分钟为病理线，即胎儿娩出后１０～１５分钟无胎盘剥离征象就应给予处理。认为只有对产后出血正确诊断，及时处理。
During the year of 1994, 202 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were observed in our department,which was 12. 3% of the total 1653 parturitions in our department,with an average hemorrhase amount of 798 ml. In this paper the author has analyzed the eauses as well as the principles and methods in the treatment and, finally,suggests some resolutions to treat postpartum hemorrhage caused by four principal reasons specified by the prasent author. All the 202 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were successfully treated.
