摘要
应用经颅多普勒超声（ＴＣＤ）检测３００例脑供血不足患者颅内主要动脉的血流速度，结果：脑供血不足的发生率为２１４例（７１．３％），提示应用ＴＣＤ技术评价脑供血简单易行，值得推广。
The speed of bloodstream of 300 TIA patients were tested with TCD.The result showed that 214 patients were found with TIA,with a rate of 73.1%.It’s helpful to check TIA patients with TCD techniques.
