滋养细胞肿瘤的细胞滋养细胞形态定量研究

Morphometric Study on Cytotrophoblastic Cell of Trophoblastic Tumors

用全自动图象分析仪对滋养细胞肿瘤的细胞滋养细胞进行形态定量测量。结果表明葡萄胎和绒毛膜癌的细胞滋养细胞为异常增生所形成。葡萄胎Ⅰ至Ⅲ级到绒毛膜癌之间不存在“连续谱系”的逐渐变化，提示葡萄胎与绒毛膜癌间很可能不存在内在因果关系，即细胞滋养细胞的增生程度与细胞良恶性关系较小。以葡萄胎细胞滋养细胞的增生程度作为评估其将来恶变机会的价值较小。

The morphometric parameters of the cytotrophoblastic cells in trophoblastic tumors were determined by the instrument of autoimage analysis.The data showed that the cytotrophoblastic cells in both hydatidiform mole and choriocarcinoma were neoplasia. No changes of continuous spectrum in cytotrophoblastic cells were found between hydatidiform mole from grade Ⅰ toⅢand choriocarcinoma. The results suggest that there might be no causal relation between those two kinds of tumors,that is to say,the dysplasia of cytotrophoblastic cells is not closely related to ist benignance and malignance. It is also implied that there is of no great value in predicting the possible malignance of hydatidiform mole in the light of the dysplasia of cytotrophoblastic cells.
