摘要
本文检测了２２例尿毒症患者血液透析前后外周血Ｔ细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白。结果表明尿毒症患者透析前ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８以及ＩｇＧ明显低于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１），透析后上述免疫学指标较透析前明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０５），透析后与正常组比较均无显著差异。而ＣＤ８以及ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ透析前后均与正常组无明显差异。提示尿毒症患者免疫功能低下，而血液透析有助于尿毒症患者免疫功能的恢复。
The changes of immunofunction before and after hemodialysis in the patients with uremia.The results show that the serum IgG, CD3 cells,CD4 cells and CD4/CD8 in the patients were lower than those of the control group before hemodialysis. However,the mentioned indexes were obviously higher after hemodialysis. There were no significant differences between the study group and the control group.It is suggested that hemodialysis helps to improve immunofunction in the patients with uremia.
