对国内外关于紫杉醇及其类似物的化学结构、构效关系、药理作用和临床应用等方面所做的工作进行了较系统的论述。
This paper reviews systematically the chemical structure,the relationship between the chemical structure and the antieacinogenic action of Paclitaxel, its pharmacologic effect and its clinical application studied at home and abroad.
