失血性休克家兔肾脏脂质过氧化损伤的实验研究

摘要 用健康成年家兔20只,用wiggers改良法复制急性失血性休克模型,模型成功后放出血液再灌。通过测定血液及肾组织中黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)活性,氧自由基破坏作用产物(MDA)含量及机体抗自由基物质起氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果:休克时XOD、MDA明显升高,XOD活性下降,与休克时比较(P<0.01);再灌120min后MDA、XOD进一步升高,SOD进一步下降(P<0.05)。提示氧自由基及其介导的脂质过氧化参与休克发生发展的病理过程。 healthy adult rabbits were made into acute bleeding shock models with improved wigger’ s method, then bloodletting and reperfusion were performed. The activity of xanthine oxidase(XOD in blood and kidney tissue, the content of malondehyde (MDA)induced by oxygen free radical and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)were measured. It showed that during shock the levels of XOD and MDA increased significantly ( P < 0.01 ) with SOD declining( P < 0.01) . After 120 minutes reperfusion SOD declined further( P < 0.05) . The results indicated that oxygen free radical and its induced lipid extraoxidation are involved in the pathological process of the occurrance and development of shock.
