摘要
本文对１６３例在手术、麻醉及救治休克过程中采用一次性多功能输液针头建立静脉通路的应用情况分析，认为该针头的应用对抢救失血性休克，气管内插管全麻诱导期给药及手术中建立良好的静脉通路等诸方面均有其优越性。１６３例中，１４１例建立良好的静脉通路前有轻至中度休克表现，经用多功能输液针头穿刺一条静脉快速补充血容量及抗休克治疗，有９７例在短期内基本纠正休克，继之接受并完成手术。
Before operation and anesthesia or during treatment of shock,the intravenous passageway of 163 cases was established by multifunctional syinge needle. Because it might replenish blood volume and give antishock drugs quickly,97 of 141 patients with mild or moderate shock could be improved in a short tiem. It is suggested that the syringe needle is good at treating hemorrhagic shock, giving drugs during induced stage of intratracheal anesthesia and establishing passageway of vein during the operation.
