摘要
为了解大理地区志贺氏菌的血清学分型及药敏，采用常规鉴定及药敏试验法，对６２株志贺氏菌进行血清学分型及药敏测定。结果：６２株志贺氏菌中福氏２型占９６．８％（６０／６２），志贺氏２型占３．２％（２／６２）；药敏结果以氟哌酸敏感率最高（９０．３％）。提示该地区菌痢主要流行株为福氏２型，建议治疗菌痢首选氟哌酸。
? A routine serotype identification and drug sensitive test were used to test 62 strains of shigella for their serotypes and drug sensitiveness. The results showed that the S.flexnery type 2 is 96.8%(60/62). S. dysenteriae type 2 is 3.2%(2/62).Most strains are sensitive to norfloxacin. It indicated that the most epidemical strain in Dali is S.flexneri tipe 2 and norfloxacin should be of first choice to treat the patients in clinic.
