摘要
报告１９９６年５月发生在楚雄山区彝族聚居地某中学流行性癔病１８例，患者均为初一年级女生，症状以发作性剧烈头痛为主，伴心慌、恐惧及双手挥舞，且均于晚间出现。指出本病的发生与性别、性格、精神紧张及生活环境密切相关，尽早识别本病在防治工作中有重要意义。
This is a report of 18 cases of epidemic hysteria in a mountainous region of Yi minority nationality,Chuxiong. All the patients were young girls in their first grade of junior high school. Such symptoms as severe headache, palpitation and fear occurred always at night. The onset of the disorder was related to sex, personality, stress and environment. It is importat to recognize the disorder as soon as possible.
