摘要
血小板活化因子(PAF)是由多种细胞在一定刺激下分泌出的一种磷脂,参与了临床多种疾病的病理生理过程,由于其加速了血小板的聚集以及对内皮细胞的损伤,在动脉粥样硬化,血栓形成及缺血性心脑血管疾病的发病中起到重要作用。而PAF拮抗剂的发现和运用为临床防治上述疾病提供了新的途径和前景。
? Platelet activating factor(PAF) is a phospholipid released upon stimulation by variety of cells and has been recognized in pathophysiological process of some diseases. PAF appears a more important role in the development of ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. Because of its feature to accelerate platelet aggregation and injure endothelial cells, PAF has been related to atherosclerosis and thrombosis. However, PAF receptor antagonist may provide a new way to treatment and prevention of the diseases mentioned above.
