球形气囊在上颌窦根治术中的应用及效果评价

摘要
目的：寻求一种上颌窦根治术中较为理想的窦腔填塞物，以减少术后并发症，提高手术成功率。方法：用球形气囊从鼻腔放入上颌窦腔内充气压迫窦腔，设置对照组与纱条填塞法比较。效果：经对两种填塞方法术后面部肿胀，出血量，造口情况等资料进行比较，气囊法效果明显优于纱条法。结论：用气囊代替纱条作上颌窦腔填塞后减少了术后并发症，减轻了病人痛苦，提高了手术成功率，值得推广应用。
