β2-MG、Alb、IgG、RIA在糖尿病肾病中的应用

Clinical Value of β2MG,ALB,IgG, RIA for Diabetic Nephropathy

目的：观察β２微球蛋白（β２—ＭＧ）、白蛋白（Ａｌｂ）、免疫球蛋白Ｇ（ＩｇＧ）放射免疫测定（ＲＩＡ），对早期糖尿病肾病（ＤＮ）的诊断价值。方法：对８０例糖尿病患者分别进行尿常规蛋白定性、血尿素氮（ＢＵＮ）、血肌酐（Ｃｒ）检测及血、尿β２—ＭＧ、尿Ａｌｂ、ＩｇＧＲＩＡ测定。结果：β２—ＭＧ、Ａｌｂ、ＩｇＧＲＩＡ敏感性明显高于传统检查（Ｐ＜０．００５）；与正常组对照糖尿病人血、尿β２—ＭＧ、尿Ａｌｂ、尿ＩｇＧ明显升高（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论：β２—ＭＧ、Ａｌｂ、ＩｇＧＲＩＡ对于ＤＮ的诊断明显优于传统检查，建议作为ＤＮ的早期诊断指标。

Objective:To determine the value of β2MG,ALB,IgG RIA in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathyMethods:The routine urinalysis,serum urea(BUN) and serum creatintne(Cr) of 80 diabetic patients were measured by regular method,at the same time serum,urine β2microgiuobulin(β2MG),urine album(ALB) and urine immunoglobin G(IgG) were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA)Results:the incidences of β2MG,AIb,IgG RLA were significantly higher than those of routine urinalysis,BUN,CrThe levels of serum,urine β2MG,Alb IgG of diabetic patients was obviously higher than those of the control groupConclusions:Diabetic patients are easy to be complicated with diabetic nephropathy(DN)β2MG,Alb,IgG RLA are better ways to diagnose DN than the traditional test,and it is proposed to be regarded as diagnostic index for early DN
