力平脂治疗高脂血症96例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Lipanthyl in Treating 96 Patients with Hyperlipemia

目的：为观察力平脂治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法：采用自身对照，比较９６例患者服药二周前后的胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三脂（ＴＧ）、低密度脂蛋白（ＬＤＬ）、高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＬ）的变化。结果：服力平脂二周后，胆固醇平均下降１５．６％，有效率为９４．３％；甘油三脂平均下降３７．５％，有效率为９８．７％；低密度脂蛋白平均下降２１．６％，有效率为８５．７％；平均升高高密度脂蛋白９．１％，有效率为６５．０％。结论：力平脂能较快降低胆固醇和甘油三脂，对ＨＤＬ有一定的升高作用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of lipanthyl in dealing with hyperlipemia. Method:Choosing self-control method to contrast the changes of cholesterol,TG,LDL and HDL after taking lipanthyl in 96 patients.Results:On average,15.6%,37.5% and 21.6% of patients’cholesterol,TG and LDL are reduced with 94.3%,98.7% and 85.7% of effectiveness,while 9,1% of HDL is increased with 60.5% of effectiveness.Conclusions:Lipanthyl has a curative effect to decrease cholesterol,TG and LDL rapidly and has a partial effect to increase HDL.
