颅内肿瘤手术切除13例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Intracranial Tumour Operation in 13 Cases

目的：为分析颅内肿瘤手术切除的效果，探讨影响诊断及治疗的有关因素。方法：对我科收治的１３例颅内肿瘤病例以手术切除为主，术后辅以放疗或化疗综合治疗。结果：肿瘤全切２例，肉眼全切７例，大部分切除４例。术后恶化１例，神经功能改善１２例，随访复查５例无复发，术后３月死亡１例。结论：早期诊断尤为重要，早期症状应引起重视，肿瘤的部位及大小是影响疗效的主要因素。

Objectives:To analyze the effects of intracranial tumor operations and to discuss the factors which affect the diagnosis and treatmentMethods:Using the operation to remove the intracranial tumors and adding radio and chemical treatment as a supportive measureResults:A total removal of the tumors is reached in two cases while a complete removal by naked eyes and a largely partial removal are reached in seven and four cases respectivelyof 13 cases,12 cases showed an improvement of neural function after the operation,but one case deterioratedFive cases were followed up without relapse,but one case died three months after the operationConclusions:Early diagnosis is of great importanceEarly symptoms should be paid more attention toThe location and size of the tumors are the key to influence the effect of treatment
