丙型肝炎病毒基因基础及干扰素治疗进展

Virus gene of Hepatitis C and progress of Its Therapy by Interferon

目的：综述丙型肝炎病毒基因（ＨＣＶ）及干扰素（ＩＦＮ）治疗疗效的最新发展。方法：以手工检索并参阅国内外２０多篇文献资料。结果：综述了ＨＣＶ基因分型、基因变异、结构及功能、ＩＦＮ治疗及影响因素。结论：ＨＣＶ基因变异和准种感染是影响ＩＦＮ疗效的重要因素，为临床应用ＩＦＮ，减少治疗的盲目性提供理论依据。

Objective:To reviw the modern progress on the gene of hepatitis C virus (HCV) and the therapeutic effectiveness of the disease by interferon(IFN)Method:More than 20 papers in the related field were reviewedResults:The reviewed contents include the genotype and the gene variation of hepatitis C virus,the structure and function of the gene,the treatment of hepatitis C by interferon and its related factorsConclusions:The gene variation and the transferred species infection are the important factors to influence the therapeutic effectivenessThe paper supplies a theretical basis for the clinical usage of interferon,which decreases the therapeutic blindness
