目的：探讨输液液体微粒种类、来源、危害及防止和消除微粒污染的措施。方法：就近年来的研究结果进行综述。结果：输液液体中微粒的形态和成分多样，主要源于割锯安瓿、密封材料脱落、空气不洁污染，可导致血栓形成、硬结、过敏反应等。结论：采取正确的安瓿割锯、静化空气、过滤、严格执行国家标准是防止和消除微粒污染的有效措施。
