摘要
目的：“心脉龙注射液”治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭Ⅱ期临床试验。方法：随机抽样分治疗组６０例、对照组３０例，治疗组用“心脉龙注射液５ｍｇ·ｋｇ加５％葡萄糖或葡萄糖氯化钠２００ｍｌ静脉滴注，每天２次，连５～７天。对照组用“多巴酚丁胺注射液”２０ｍｇ加５％葡萄糖２００ｍｌ静脉滴注，每天１次，连用５天。比较两组患者经治疗后慢性充血性心力衰竭心功能的改善程度及有关的作用。结果：治疗组总有效率９８．３３％；对照组总有效率８０％，两组比较Ｐ＜０．０１，有非常显著性差异；且治疗组治疗后心率下降１０次／分左右。
Objective: To make a second clinical study of Xinmailong Injecta on patients with chronic congestive heart failure. Methods: The patients were randomly divided into two groups: an experimental group(60 cases) given intravenously Xinmailong Injecta twice a day for 5～7 days.A comparative study was made.Results: The effective rate of the experimental group is 98.33%,whereas that of the control group is 80%. Dramatic differences (P<0.01) were seen in the comparison. Xinmailong Injecta also has an effect on reduction of heart rate by 10/pm. Conlusions: The result is in accordance with the first clinical study.
