“心脉龙”对实验性肺损伤家兔脂质过氧化的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨心脉龙防治家兔油酸性肺损伤的可能机制。方法:用纯中药制剂心脉龙注射液防治油酸引起的家兔肺水肿性肺损伤,观察心脉龙对家兔肺系数、肺含水量、肺湿/干重比以及血浆和肺组织中丙二醛含量的影响。结果:心脉龙可使肺损伤性家兔肺系数、肺含水量、肺湿/干重比降低(P<0.01);血浆和肺组织脂质过氧化物丙二醛产生减少(P<0.01)。 Objective: To inquire into the proble mechanism xinmailong (XL) in the prevention and treatment of the lung injury induced by oleic acid (OA) in experimental rabbits. Methods: XL (a pure Chinese medicine) was used in the experimental rabbits with OA induced lung injury at first. The influences of XL on lung coefficient (LC), content water rate of lung (CWR), weight proportion of wet lungs and dried ones (R=w/d) and the malondiadehyde (MDA), a lipid peroxidation in plasma and lung tissue were then observed. Results: The LC,CWR,R(w/d),MDA in plasma and lungs were decreased after the administration of XL (P<0.01). Conclusion: The protective mechanism of XL in the prevention and treatment of lung injury is probably related to its resistance against oxygen free radicals.
