急性中央颈脊髓损伤综合征——附10例报告

Report of 10 Cases with Syndrom of Central Cervical Spinal Injury

目的：总结应用非手术疗法治疗急性中央颈脊髓损伤综合征１０例，对该综合征的临床特点及治疗问题进行讨论。方法：１０例患者均采用颅骨牵引复位，早期使用脱水剂及皮质类固醇，去牵引后改用头颈胸石膏固定。结果：１０例患者７例完全恢复正常，３例症状明显改善。

Objective: To sum up the non-operative therapy in 10 cases with syndrom of acute central cervical spinal injury and to discuss the clinical characteristics of the syndrom and the related therapeutic issues. Methods: The relocation in 10 cases was achieved through a skull tug. Dehydrant and corticoid were administered in the early stage. The cephalocervical-thoracic plaster fixation was given after the removal of the cervical tug. Results: Of 10 cases, 7 cases completely recovered and 3 cases had a prominent improvement. Conclusion: Non-operative therapy might be the first choice in acute central cervical spinal injury.
